ACS’ permitting and compliance team has extensive experience working with numerous federal, state, and local agencies including the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), the Maricopa County Air Quality Department, as well as environmental and safety regulatory agencies from other states including California, New Mexico, Indiana, and Louisiana. ACS staff has experience in compliance assessments for power plants, automotive component manufacturing facilities, steel fabrication facilities, food processing and storage facilities, fuel storage and distribution facilities, agricultural chemical processing and distribution facilities, aerospace component manufacturing facilities, airports, and numerous other governmental, industrial and commercial operations. ACS understands how to assemble a team of experts to evaluate a facility’s overall compliance status and we regularly augment our in-house expertise with outside experts in air quality, engineering, industrial hygiene, and fire protection to provide our clients with turnkey services. ACS’ extensive Aquifer Protection Permit (APP) resume includes projects for power plants, copper mines, wastewater treatment facilities, and a cement manufacturing facility and limestone quarry.
