Since 2000, ACS has been providing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for a variety of clients. When required or recommended, ACS’ Phase I services are often packaged with our cultural resource and biological services as a full-service due diligence review for property transactions. In addition to Phase I ESAs, ACS has completed over 70 Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Preliminary Initial Site Assessments (PISAs) for ADOT projects throughout Arizona and for Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MDCOT) projects throughout Maricopa County. ACS has completed Phase Is for industrial, commercial, and land development projects. ACS has the expertise to also conduct facility environmental compliance evaluations and these services can be provided as part of the Phase I report in order to provide prospective purchasers with a more complete environmental picture of a piece of property or business.
