A public workshop will be held on June 15 as part of the public planning process to develop a vision and recommendations that will guide the future of Papago Park as a premier regional park serving Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale and the larger region. The workshops are sponsored by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, and the cities of Phoenix, Tempe, and Scottsdale. A morning session will be held at Desert Botanical Garden and an evening session is slated for a location in Tempe.
