New NEPA Categorical Exclusions

On February 10, 2010 the Natural Resources Conservation Service published a final rule identifying a number of specific activities that do not have a significant impact on the human environment, thus qualifying as categorical exclusions not requiring the preparation of Environmental Assessments or Environmental Impact Statements under the National Environmental Policy Act.
