Cultural Resource Survey and Archaeological Testing, Barry M. Goldwater Range, Luke Air Force Base

ACS was selected in September, 2008, by the 56th Range Management Office (56 RMO), Luke Air Force Base to provide intensive archaeological survey, site recording, and testing within an area totaling approximately 600 acres within the Barry M. Goldwater Range (BMGR) East. The fieldwork will be completed this winter and will include pedestrian survey of road corridors, documentation of all resources that are present, and evaluation of each resource in terms of National Register eligibility. Long-term monitoring locations will be established to document any changes that may occur to resources and as a result of natural or human activity.
